Policies

Acknowledgments:	Orders for custom imprinted merchandise are acknowledged prior to production. Please read them carefully and contact us immediately with corrections if necessary. Orders will be processed and billed as per information on order acknowledgment.
Cancellations:	Clients are responsible for all billable work done up to the time of cancellation and will be invoiced accordingly.
Claims:	All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of order.
Credit Cards:	Major credit cards accepted.
Errors:	Ketterer Company is not responsible for errors if the copy submitted is not correct and distinct, or if a proof has been approved prior to production.
Freight Charges:	FOB factory unless noted otherwise.
Non-Fulfillment:	Ketterer Company cannot assume liability non-fulfillment of orders caused by, but not limited to embargoes, strikes, fires, problems in transit, or any other cause beyond our control.
Over/Underruns:	As it is not always possible to imprint the exact quantity ordered, it is agreed that an overrun or underrun of not more than 10% to be billed pro rata, is acceptable as fulfillment of your order.
Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks:	When an order is produced to specifications, the client agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions/demands brought against us for any patent, copyright or trademark infringement. Imprints, logos or trademarks displayed by the Ketterer Company on products are solely for showing capabilities. They are not intended to reflect or imply endorsement by the imprint owner.
Rush Charges:	Any order requiring production in less time than standard stated by manufacturer is subject to rush charges.
Terms:	Net 30 days from invoice date to open account customers. Calendar invoices Net December 1. Interest charges of the maximum allowable by law on any past due balances. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. All orders are subject to applicable sales tax.
Privacy:	The Ketterer Company practices full confidentiality for our clients. The detailed data you supply on any form, application, or request for information will not be sold or supplied to any other organizations, except as required by law. The data may be tabulated for statistical purposes and those results provided to other organizations, but you will not be identified in those results. The data may be used to inform you of opportunities where we can work together unless you request not to receive this type of information.
